Executive, Leasing

Responsibilities:

• Support the Leasing/Project Manager in developing and implementing the tenancy mix for the retail mall.
• Identify and shortlist suitable tenants and retail concepts for the mall.
• Conduct market research on shopping centres to stay informed about retail property development.
• Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques.
• Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
• Provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
• Assist prospective tenants with the leasing process.
• Negotiate lease terms and complete agreements.
• Establish and maintain tenancy agreements and management reports.
• Collaborate with inter-departments regarding rental, deposits, fit-out operations, and sales performance monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Leasing/Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
