We seek a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager, Retail Mall to lead a marketing team and play a key role in creating innovative strategies to drive retailers’ sales and customer footfall to two new malls.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
- To set budgetary control, advertising, promotions, events, public relations and direct marketing initiatives.
- Plan, execute and manage social media and marketing campaigns with a focus on achieving set goals.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, budget tracking and prepare insightful reports.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies for successful project outcomes.
- Identify and leverage strategic alliances for sponsorships, event opportunities and public relations initiatives.
- Proactively plan collaborations with partners and tenants to enhance project visibility. Contribute to budget planning to ensure expenditures align with approved budgets.
- Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews, assessing effectiveness and providing valuable insights.
- Actively participate in broader group campaigns and initiatives.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals towards achieving organisational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for effective project management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
