Fit Out Executive, Retail Mall

Reporting to the Fit-Out Manager, Retail Mall, this role is to coordinate, monitor, and support design submissions, approvals, and compliance with design guidelines and safety protocols for new retail malls in Putrajaya.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage tenant fit-out and reinstatement processes between internal and external parties.
• Monitor and review tenant design submissions for compliance with retail mall standards, local legislation, and the mall’s risk requirements while adhering to fit-out schedules.
• Liaise closely with leasing and facilities management for new tenant onboarding and tenant change requests.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines.
• Have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of working experience in shopping centre fit-out, with knowledge of facilities and equipment maintenance being an added advantage.
• Familiarity with local statutory compliances related to fit-out.
• Proficient with MS Office, other Office applications, and CAD software.
