Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and review of full set of management accounts.
- Assist in preparing budget, cash flow monitoring and projection.
- Assist and review reconciliation statements (Bank, Debtors, Creditors, and any other ledgers).
- Assist in preparing and ensuring timely submission of SST reports.
- Assist in providing timely management and financial reports for analysis.
- Coordinate collections on rentals, service charges and sinking funds.
- Ensure proper filing of financial documents and all information posted in the system are up to date.
- Liaise with solicitors, auditors, bankers, tax agents and regulatory authorities.
- Perform administrative duties entrusted to ensure daily operations are being run efficiently and effectively.
- Responsible for reception and answering of all incoming calls courteously and always provide accurate information to the callers.
- Oversee all aspects of the scheduling meeting arrangement.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and etc.
- To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or related field is preferred.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Resourceful, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Possess own transportation and willing to relocate if required.
