Admin/Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and review of full set of management accounts.
  • Assist in preparing budget, cash flow monitoring and projection.
  • Assist and review reconciliation statements (Bank, Debtors, Creditors, and any other ledgers).
  • Assist in preparing and ensuring timely submission of SST reports.
  • Assist in providing timely management and financial reports for analysis.
  • Coordinate collections on rentals, service charges and sinking funds.
  • Ensure proper filing of financial documents and all information posted in the system are up to date.
  • Liaise with solicitors, auditors, bankers, tax agents and regulatory authorities.
  • Perform administrative duties entrusted to ensure daily operations are being run efficiently and effectively.
  • Responsible for reception and answering of all incoming calls courteously and always provide accurate information to the callers.
  • Oversee all aspects of the scheduling meeting arrangement.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and etc.
  • To carry out duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or related field is preferred.
  • Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Resourceful, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to relocate if required.
