We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Admin Executive to support the daily operations at Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad, Kuala Lumpur.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating operational matters, handling front counter / ticketing functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties including data entry, filing, documentation, and record management.
- Manage front counter and ticketing operations in a professional and efficient manner.
- Attend to enquiries from visitors, tenants, vendors, and customers.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, operational documents, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain proper records, filing systems, and documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor office supplies and operational inventory.
- Support operational activities, events, and promotions.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in administration, customer service, or retail operations.
- Fresh graduates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts if required.
