Graphic Designer, Putrajaya

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design creative materials for advertisements, visual merchandising, POSM, marketing collaterals, event props, and other communication assets.
  • Develop visual and multimedia content for websites and social media platforms, including digital images and animated videos.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and support overall marketing objectives.
  • Capture and edit photographs to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage on-site decorations for events and special occasions, ensuring quality and creativity.
  • Maintain consistency across all materials by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Safeguard graphic-related equipment and decorative items, ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality and accurate production of printed materials.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing innovative and fresh ideas to enhance the team’s creative output.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  • Skilled in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing techniques is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is an added advantage.
  • Photography and photo editing capabilities are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a bonus.
