We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Research & Consulting team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of retail real estate. You will assist in market research, and the preparation of leasing proposals and client presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and feasibility studies.
- Conduct data compilation to analyze historical trend of key market indicators, such as supply, demand, prices and rents
- Conduct on-site survey to identify incoming projects and compile key facts about the projects.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Real Estate, Urban studies, Statistics, Economics or any related field of studies.
- Proficient in MS Application such as Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Working towards Second Class (upper division), CGPA of at least 3.00
- Good command of English both verbal and writing.
- Strong knowledge and interest in the property market at local, regional and international level.
- Able to read & converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
