Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, Johor

Responsibilities:

  • Secure exclusive and ad hoc property listings.
  • Generate sales leads including making cold calls.
  • Understand property requirements of prospects and clients and provide real estate solutions to them.
  • Formulate, plan, implement, and coordinate short and long-term sales & marketing strategies for Clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales and rentals with prospective buyers/tenants.
  • Review commercial terms, liaise with solicitors for sale/rental documentation, and follow up to completion.
  • Prepare progress reports to update Clients.
  • Monitor and track the sales processes.
  • Perform survey and market research activities to assess demand, positioning, and awareness.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, analysis, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Carry out duties as assigned by the Superior/Directors of the Company from time to time.
  • Actively participate and assist in all sales and marketing initiatives, events, and project launches.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with the company’s strategies.
  • Build relationships with purchasers and prospective purchasers/tenants, grow customer database, and build networks with business associates, consultants, clients, and banks.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience (proven track record in the marketing of residential projects / investment deals will be an added advantage).
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work independently, and a team player.
  • Have a positive working attitude and willing to embrace new challenges.
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
