Responsibilities:
- Drive residential property sales, mainly new launches, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, prospecting, viewings, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital media, events, roadshows, etc) to generate quality leads.
- Create sales materials and online content for project promotions and advertisements.
- Track and analyse marketing performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, prospects, and business partners.
- Provide professional property investment advice and after-sales support to homebuyers and investors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and positioning strategies.
- Represent the company at launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and property events.
- Coordinate with internal teams on sales kits, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Update and maintain the CRM system; prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
- Guide and support team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in residential property sales.
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Digital marketing knowledge and social media savvy.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- You will also be required to carry out any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.
