Responsibilities:
- Analyse current property market value and provide services.
- Conduct valuation and prepare valuation report of properties.
- Perform thorough inspection of the properties to be valued; ensure that the properties inspected correspond to their respective land titles; and conduct enquiries with the relevant government bodies/authorities.
- Prepare professional and accurate valuation reports.
- Maintain good customer service.
- Keep abreast with the property market movements and developments including construction industry and competitors.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree / Diploma in Property / Real Estate
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently
- Excellent communication
- Strong organisational, time-management abilities & positive attitude
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to multitask and meet to key deadlines
