• Oversee the maintenance of properties, fixtures, fittings and amenities of the subject unit
• To conduct periodic inspection of the subject unit at regular intervals
• Maintain the subject unit in a good tenantable and decorative state of repair at all time for lease/sale
• Lease / Tenancy management & administration for the subject unit
• Attend to complaints, enquiries and any other statutory notifications/correspondences in relation to the subject unit
• To change, collect, demand and recover the monthly rental and any other sums of money payable from the tenant
• Certify and keep proper record and account of all money collected and expended or outstanding/accruing
• Payments of all statutory billings (e.g. quit rent/assessment), service charges, sinking funds contribution and other outgoings on behalf of the Client.

• To take vacant possession from the developer and follow up on the defect rectifications
• Housing loan account management, to monitor and make payment for the loan instalments
• Lease / Rental services – For the procurement of prospective tenants for the subject unit
• Any other additional scope of work upon request.
